Our Office manages personal information appropriately and take preventive measures against leakage, loss or damage of personal information through proper management system and training of employees.

5. Requests for notification of purpose of use of personal information, disclosure, correction and suspension of use.

When requests of disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, removal, notification of purpose of use or suspension of provision to third parties from the person regarding the personal information shall be made, we respond to it sincerely and promptly according to This Law only after confirming that the person who make request is the person him/herself.
If the requests do not meet the requirements specified in This Law or it is permitted to refuse to disclose by This Law, other laws, rules or regulations, there might be cases that we cannot meet your request.
Also, please note that we may charge a fee for notification of purpose of use or disclosure of personal information.
